2 <br /> JAIL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the <br /> following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will provide improvements to and <br /> expanded capacity at the Orange County Jail. The project <br /> will be financed by an appropriation from the County <br /> Capital Reserve Fund and federal grant funds. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br /> with the project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this <br /> project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund $382,000 <br /> Intergovernmental 221,825 <br /> Total Revenue $603,825 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Jail Improvements $603 ,825 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Jail Improvements <br /> Capital Project ordinances. <br /> Adopted this 20 day of February, 1990. <br />
