Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of said alterations, improvements, or additions at the expiration of the lease term and restore the premises to their prior condi- tion. 7.4 Except for claims relating to work done by Lessor pursuant to Section 6, Lessee shall pay, when due, all claims for labor or materials furnished to or for Lessee at or for use in the Premises, which claims are or may be secured by any mechanic's or matexialmen's lien against the Premises or any interest therein. 7.5 Unless Lessor requires their removal as set forth in Section 7.3, all alterations, improvements or additions which may be made on the Premises, shall become the property of Lessor, and remain upon and be surrendered with the Premises at the expiration of the term or any renewal thereof. 8.
