Funds are <br /> available in the current budget to meet lease payment obligations <br /> through this fiscal year. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve a five-year lease with Centel for space in <br /> which to relocate the Departments of Purchasing and Central Services; <br /> contingent upon Attorney and staff review; and authorize the Chair to <br /> sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
