EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to go <br /> into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter and to consult with the County <br /> Attorney. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to <br /> come out of Executive Session. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> XIV.
