Research practices/methods of other North Carolina counties to assist Orange County February 1990 <br /> in determining how to best address solid waste issues. <br /> B. Analyze collection options and identify pros and cons of each option. March 1990 <br /> C. Provide cost/benefit analysis for identified option(s) and look at alternative March 1990 <br /> funding sources (i.e. state, special tax, federal, foundation). <br /> D. Meet with private haulers servicing residents of the unincorporated areas of the March 1990 <br /> County and seek input for developing their own recycling programs. <br /> E. Take all information and findings to Board of County Commissioners with recommended May 1990 <br /> course of action. <br /> GOAL - TO CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE CALENDAR <br /> OBJECTIVE <br /> To develop a calendar(s) outlining major solid waste events for review by County May 1990 <br /> staff, LOG and the public. <br />
