Meet with Hillsborough, Orange-Alamance water systems, and North Carolina March 1990 <br /> Department of Environmental Management (NCDEM) to obtain support for upgrading <br /> watershed classification. <br /> B. Meet with NCDEM to determine minimum standards for upgrading watershed April 1990 <br /> classification. <br /> C. Prepare staff report on implementation measures and impacts. August 1990 <br /> D.
