EXISTING LOTS (AS OF OCTOBER 02, 1989). <br /> 1) Less than 5 acres <br /> a) allowed to develop at current size <br /> b) structural BMP's not required <br /> c) impervious surface <br /> 12% for lots less than 2 acres <br /> 6% for lots between 2 and 5 acres <br /> 4% for lots greater than 5 acres <br /> 2) Any lot may be subdivided to create up to 5 lots no <br /> less than 2 acres in size with remaining land <br /> subdivided with 5-acre lots <br /> 6% impervious surface for lots between 2 and 5 acres <br /> 4% for lots greater than 5 acres <br /> 4. Joint Land Use Plan Amendment necessary to accommodate <br /> proposed zoning and subdivision ordinance amendments such <br /> as the creation of a water supply watershed land use <br /> classification. <br /> 5 . Joint Planning Agreement amendments necessary to <br /> incorporate proposed Joint Land Use Plan amendments. <br />
