The Board of p <br /> Health recommended four changes to the Animal Control Ordinance. <br /> These changes are listed below: <br /> ( 1) No animals should be exempted from the Ordinance. <br /> (2) Change the designation of Non-Commercial Kennels to <br /> Class I Kennels and define it as follows . Any <br /> person maintaining an establishment where animals <br /> of any species, excluding domesticated livestock, <br /> are kept for the purpose of showing, competition, <br /> hunting or sport, and which establishment is so <br /> constructed <br /> maintains animals six cannot(6 lto stray <br /> nineteen f <br /> nd which and <br /> animals . <br /> (3) Change the designation of Commercial Kennels to <br /> Class II Kennels and define it as follows .
