Upon expiration June 30, 1982, of the <br /> previous contract, a new agreement was negotiated to establish the cost <br /> participation that would be shared between residents within the incorporated <br /> and unincorporated areas served. It is believed that the terms are the <br /> most equitable that can be worked out in arriving.at an annual budget. <br /> linen the agreed upon call rate percentage was applied to this year's budget <br /> no tax rate change was necessary in funding the budget. With growth <br /> in the base for that district the same rate is expected for 1983-84. <br /> TRACT: The term of the new contract is open ended!ts effective date is July 1 , 1982 and <br /> shall run until" either party cancels, upon written notice, not less than 90 days <br /> prior to the end of the last fiscal year <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): <br /> Approval. <br />
