University Lake Watershed (ULW) District for the purpose <br /> of preventing significant water quality deterioration in <br /> University Lake. This goal may be achieved through <br /> either of two separate options or by some combination of <br /> the two. The two options include the application of a <br /> set of land use controls to reduce pollution and the <br /> installation of stormwater detention ponds to trap <br /> pollution. <br /> 4 . Amend Article 6 . 15 . 2 Interim Development Standards <br /> Approved by deleting the temporary development standards <br /> now applicable within University Lake watershed. <br /> 5 . Amend Article 6 .25 Extra Requirements for the Major. <br /> Transportation Corridor ,(MTC) District by renumbering <br /> the Article to 6 .26, thus providing space for a new <br /> Article 6 .25 which sets forth the development standards <br /> applicable within the University Lake Watershed (ULW) <br /> District. <br /> 6 . Amend Article 6 by adding a new Article 6 . 25 Development <br /> Standards for the University Lake Watershed (ULW). <br /> District. Two separate options are proposed, including <br /> a set of land use controls which establish a minimum <br /> required lot size of five (5) acres and a density of no <br /> more than one ( 1 ) unit per five (5) acres . Compliance <br /> with impervious surface standards for roads, driveways, <br /> and structures is required as well as the provision of <br /> stream buffer zones . <br /> The second option requires the installation of on-site <br /> stormwater detention ponds but permits minimum lot sizes <br /> of two (2 ) acres . Either of the options or some <br /> combination of the two may be selected for <br /> implementation in the watershed. <br /> ORANGE COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br /> The proposed amendments to the Orange County Subdivision <br /> Regulations are as follows : <br /> 1 . Amend Section IV-B-10 Cluster Developments, subsection <br /> c, to permit cluster developments in the University Lake <br /> Watershed (ULW) District to reduce minimum required lot <br /> areas from five (5 ) acres to not less than one ( 1) acre. <br /> 2 . Amend Section IV-B-10 Cluster Developments, subsection <br /> b, to require that cluster developments in the <br /> University Lake Watershed (ULW) District comply with the <br /> development standards set forth in Article 6 . 25 of the <br /> Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3 . Amend Section IV-C Interim Development Standards by <br /> deleting subsection Iv-C-2 .a. which sets forth temporary <br />
