Buffers between subdivisions and <br /> adjacent land are determined by the principal <br /> use within the subdivision and the adjacent <br /> zoning or land use. In the unzoned <br /> townships, however, undeveloped land is <br /> currently assumed to be residential for the <br /> purpose of determining if a buffer is <br /> required.
