* Critical Incident Stress Debriefings <br /> We have experience both in training organizations to prepare <br /> for traumatic events in the workplace and in responding to <br /> tragedies when they occur. These interventions are designed to <br /> lessen the common occurrence of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder <br /> and retain valuable employees who are reacting to abnormal <br /> circumstances. <br /> * Financial Counseling Program <br /> This is an extended service provided by an HAI associate who <br /> has a chemical dependency/counseling background and who is now a <br /> full-time chartered financial planner and consultant . Mr. Wayne <br /> Stellar is particularly committed to consumer' s rights and <br /> provides both individual counseling and educational workshops. <br /> * Marital Enrichment Classes <br /> • HAI has found that the most frequent concerns raised by EAP <br /> participants require relationship skill-building. To meet this <br /> need more effectively HAI has pioneered a six week seminar for <br /> couples who wish to enhance their relationships. Clients are <br /> screened in individual EAP sessions prior to admittance to the <br /> classes. <br /> /4" * Educational Seminars <br /> The staff at HAI are available to provide on-site classes in <br /> such topics as Parenting Teens, Couples Communication, Stress <br /> Management , and many more. Seminars are offered in part to <br /> promote EAP program use and will be designed to meet particular <br /> needs identified by Orange County. <br /> * Human Resource Trainings <br /> Additional trainings are available on a contractual basis <br /> to meet specific training needs of the County. Basic Training <br /> for First-time Supervisors, Communications Skills for Managers, <br /> Managing the Angry Public, Time and Stress Management trainings <br /> are samples of HAI offerings. These can be customized as needed. <br /> * Management Consultation <br /> Consultation, including organizational and staff development <br /> for County management or selected departments, is available to <br /> address specific problems or transitions facing County personnel . <br /> Such consultation is provided on a negotiated case by case basis <br /> and involves organizational assessment and systemic interventions <br /> such as the re-design of job descriptions or communication <br /> pathways. <br />
