The lots and private road have been designed to protect the <br /> University Lake watershed and its PWII classification. <br /> 2. Larger than required setbacks are proposed. The setbacks are <br /> proposed to be 60 feet in front and 40 feet for side and rear lot <br /> lines. Architectural variances of up to 25% may be granted if design <br /> constraints dictate. <br /> 3. Every effort is being made to preserve the scenic views on the <br /> property by buffering both creeks and carefully designing lot lines <br /> and the private road to minimize disturbance to the trees and creeks. <br /> This is a sound design and I hope you can and will support it.
