It is located in the University Lake <br /> Watershed and the Land Use Plan designation is <br /> Rural Buffer and Protected Watershed. Adjacent <br /> land uses include Phase IV of Laurel Springs <br /> subdivision, other single family residential <br /> lots, and undeveloped land. <br /> The subdivision will be served by Dairyland Road, <br /> a public road (Creekstone Drive) in Laurel <br /> Springs subdivision and a proposed private Class <br /> B road to serve 4 lots on the north side of <br /> Dairyland Road.
