Add a note or label to dedicate the 10' x 70' <br /> sight triangles on Dodsons Crossroads. <br /> Best expressed concern with septic easements <br /> under driveways and the possible need for repair <br /> of such. Crudup responded that the repair and <br /> upkeep of the septic easement was the <br /> responsibility of the grantee and not the <br /> grantor. The easement agreements address that <br /> fact. <br /> MOTION: Best moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff.
