12 <br /> d) Wastewater Treatment Systems: <br /> No community alternative wastewater <br /> treatment systems shall be <br /> permitted. A community alternative <br /> system is any system serving more <br /> than one wastewater source, and <br /> ' neither owned nor operated by a <br /> public entity; and designed to <br /> convey effluent to surface waters or <br /> to the land surface via direct <br /> discharge, spray irrigation, or <br /> overland flow. No single or multiple <br /> user system will be permitted where <br /> effluent disposal occurs on a <br /> separate lot from the source of <br /> wastewater generation. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: Subdivision Regulations <br /> IV-C-2. Interim Development Standards Approved <br /> The following interim development standards have <br /> been enacted and shall remain in full force and <br /> effect until the termination date specified herein. <br /> Thereafter, the standards are void and of no <br /> effect. <br /> a. University Lake Water Supply Watershed <br /> 3. Nature 2 Standards - The following <br /> interim development standards shall <br /> apply: <br /> a) In the University Lake water supply <br /> watershed, no community alternative <br /> wastewater treatment systems shall <br /> be permitted.
