At the 1989 meeting, on September 14, 1989 this distinguished <br /> service award was presented to Anne Presnell for the development of a model <br /> Health Services Information System Software Package that has been used by Health <br /> Departments across the state. The narrative of her distinguished service award <br /> is attached and deserves due recognition. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Provide Anne Presnell with recognition for her outstanding service to Orange <br /> County and the State of North Carolina. <br />
