Fikes <br /> Status Update <br /> TELEPHONE NUMBER- <br /> Hillsborough - 732-8181 <br /> Chapel Hill - 968-4501 <br /> Mebane - 227-2031 <br /> Durham - 688-7331 <br /> PURPOSE: To advise the Board of Commissioners of the status of the <br /> Rencher Street CDBG Program. <br /> BACKGROUND: One of the requirements of the County's plan for CDBG <br /> Program Administration for the Rencher Street Project is <br /> the provision of quarterly status updates on expenditures <br /> and accomplishments to the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> In order to comply with this requirement, the Housing and <br /> Community Development Department will submit these updates <br /> to the Board at the end of each quarter until the project <br /> is complete. <br /> This is the fifth update which covers the fifth quarter <br /> which ended December 31 , 1989 . <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Receive as information. <br />
