This agreement is <br /> for the period of October 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990. The funds <br /> are not to exceed $14,200.00. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Orange County Health Department was one of five in North <br /> Carolina to receive a grant to carry out the project indicated <br /> above. The proposal indicated that a portion of the project be <br /> subcontracted to Planned Parenthood through its "Natural Helpers" <br /> program. Sufficient funds are available through the grant project <br /> ordinance approved 12/19/89. No county funds are required. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Approve the attached agreement and authorize the <br /> chair to sign. <br />
