The minutes reflect that these amendments were <br /> referred back to the Health Board and not approved. There is no record of <br /> these amendments being approved by the Board. The Board is requested to <br /> review these minutes to determine the intent of their action so that <br /> these minutes may be corrected. If it was not the intent to approve these <br /> four amendments, they need to be considered at this time. The four <br /> amendments are listed in the minutes as attached to this abstract. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Confirm the intent to approve these four amendments to <br /> the Animal Control Ordinance. <br />
