EMR staff recommends <br /> the appointment of Tom Moore, a newspaper reporter, to fill this position. <br /> He will serve at the pleasure of the emergency management team. <br /> OPC MENTAL HEALTH BOARD: The composition and size of this board has <br /> been changed by G.S. 122C-118 (e) (see attached) . The slate of candidates <br /> proposed by the Mental Health staff have been selected to fit the state <br /> requirements of increased consumer and family participation on the board. <br /> These new board members are eligible to serve two three-year terms. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : As the Board decides. <br />
