The <br /> permit will be issued contingent upon their approval at the time <br /> inspection is made. As is customary at Smith Center events, emergency <br /> personnel (police, fire and medical ) will be in attendance at the <br /> event . <br /> The insurance coverage requirements have been met , however the County <br /> has not been added as an additional insured. The administration of the <br /> Smith Center has assured us that we will be added and a certificate of <br /> proof issued prior to the event . The permit is issued contingent upon <br /> this being accomplished. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve a fireworks permit for the University of North <br /> Carolina-Chapel Hill , for February 3 , 1990 ; contingent upon submission <br /> of a certificate of insurance naming the County as additional insured; <br /> contingent upon approved site inspection by the Town and County EMS <br /> officials; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
