Building site <br /> development has severe limitations due to shrink-swell potential <br /> and low strength (Enonsoil type located primarily throughout <br /> recreation area) . <br /> Herndon silt loam, C slope (6-10%) - Septic tank absorption field <br /> has moderate limitations due to slow percolation and steep slope. <br /> Building site development - slight to moderate limitations due to <br /> slope steepness. <br /> Hiwassee clay loam, B slope (2-6%) - Septic tank absorption <br /> field: moderate limitations due to slow percolation. Building <br /> site development: slight limitations. <br /> Orange silt loam (0-3q) - Septic tank absorption field: severe <br /> limitations due to wetness and slow percolation.
