Such documents may include, but <br /> not be limited to, a private road maintenance agreement, and articles of incorporation and restrictive <br /> covenants pertaining to a homeowner's association. These documents may be required as necessary as <br /> evidence that the ordinance requirements are being met. <br /> I, the applicant, hereby certify that the foregoing application is complete and accurate.
