If <br /> the Board approves an amendment to the phasing <br /> plan, it may require reasonable additional <br /> conditions of approval of the unapproved final <br /> plat(s) . <br /> On December 18, 1989, the Planning Board recommended <br /> approval of the amendment with the addition proposed <br /> by the County Attorney. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendment as per the Planning Board's recommendation. <br />
