Tempesta & Betty June Hayes <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Preliminary Plat <br /> of Wyndsong Subdivision recommended by the Administration, containing <br /> 15 lots, subject to the fulfillment of requirements specified herein. <br /> A. Roads <br /> 1. Andante Drive is to be constructed to Class A private road <br /> standards from Davis Road to Lyric Circle. From Lyric Circle <br /> to the cul-de-sac, Andante Drive shall be constructed to <br /> Class B private road standards. Lyric Circle shall be <br /> constructed to Class B private road standards and Forte Lane <br /> shall be constructed to Class C private road standards. <br /> OR <br /> A letter of credit, escrow agreement, or bond shall be <br /> submitted to secure for future improvement/construction of <br /> Andante Drive, Lyric Circle, and Forte Lane to the standards <br /> specified above. An estimate of the construction cost must <br /> be prepared by a certified/licensed engineer or grading <br /> contractor and submitted to the Planning Department. The <br /> financial guarantee must reflect 110% of that estimate and be <br /> issued by an accredited financial institution. <br /> 2 . All private roads shall be contained within the rights-of-way <br /> indicated on the final plat. <br /> 3. A Private Road Maintenance Agreement shall be approved by the <br /> County Attorney and recorded with the final plat. <br /> B. Land Use Buffers and Landscaping <br /> 1. Landscaping shall be installed or preserved as indicated on <br /> the preliminary plan dated September 12, 1989, and must be <br /> inspected and approved by the Planning and Inspections <br /> Department. <br />
