POLE ATTACHMENTS <br /> but Licensee's rights therein shall be and remain a mere license. Nothing <br /> herein contained shall be construed to compel Licensor to maintain any of <br /> said poles for a period longer than demanded by its own service <br /> require merits. <br /> 26. This Agreement covers the provisioning of telecom municatiors services and <br /> shall become effective upon its execution and if not terminated in <br /> accordance with the provisions hereof shall continue in effect for a term of <br /> five (5) years. Either party may terminate this Agreement at the end of its <br /> term by giving to the other written notice at least six (6) months prior to <br /> the expiration of said term; but in the absence of such notice, this <br /> Agreement shall continue in force upon the same covenants, terms, and <br /> conditions for a further term of (1) year, and so on for one (1) year periods, <br /> until terminated by either party at the end of any current term by giving to <br /> the other written notice at least six (6) months prior to the end of such <br /> term. Upon termination of the Agreement in accordance with any of its <br /> terms, Licensee shallim mediately remove its cables, wires, and appliances <br /> from all poles of Licensor. If not so removed, Licensor shall have the right <br /> to remove them at the cast and expense of Licensee and without any <br /> obligation to Licensee to account for any equipment so removed. If, <br /> however, an insurance carrier shall notify Licensor that policy or policies <br /> of insurance, as required under Section 13 hereof, will be canceled or <br /> changed, then this Agreement shall cease and terminate upon the effective <br /> date cf such cancellation, unless Licensee provides replacement policies <br /> prior to cancellation date. <br /> 27. Licensee shall furnish a bond issued by a company satisfactory to Licensor <br /> to cover the faithful performance by Licensee of its obligations under this <br /> Agreement. The amount of the bond shall be computed on the basis of $25 <br /> for each pole attached to by Licensee provided, however, that the minimum <br /> amount of said bond shall be $1000. All bonds must specify that the <br /> Licensor be notified thirty (30) days prior to the expiration or cancellation <br /> of the bond. <br /> 28. Licensor, because of the importance of its service, reserves the right to <br /> make periodic inspections of installations of Licensee on its poles and in <br />
