POLE ATTACHMENTS <br /> precautions, Licensor shall have the right to terminate the permission <br /> herein granted upon written notice to Licensee. However, Licensor shall <br /> nit be considered in any way responsible for the adequacy or inadequacy of <br /> such precautions of Licensee. <br /> 14. In the event Licensee, its contractors, agents or employees cause damage <br /> to the poles or facilities of Licensor and joint users and associated <br /> equipment or damage is caused by the presence of Licensee's equipment or <br /> Licersor's poles, Licensee shall assume all responsibility for, and agrees <br /> promptly to reimburse in full, Licensor and through Licensor, the pint <br /> users, for all less and expense occasioned by such damage. Licensee shall <br /> make an im mediate report to Licensor of the occurrence of any such <br /> damage. <br /> 15. Licensee shall inde mnify, protect, save harmles, and insure Licensor, its <br /> successors and assigns, and any joint user from and against any and all <br /> claims or demands for damages as a result of injury or destruction of <br /> property or as a result of injury to or death of a person or persons, <br /> including payments made under any Work men's Compensation law or under <br /> any plan for employee's disability and death benefits, and including all <br /> expenses incurred in defending against any such claims or demands, which <br /> may arise out of or be caused by the creation, installation, maintenance, <br /> presence, use, rearrangements, removal or withdrawal of the attachments <br /> or placements of Licensee's equipment on Licersor's poles or by the <br /> proximity of the respective cables, wires, apparatus, and appliances of the <br /> parties hereto or by an act of Licensee, its contractors, agents and <br /> employees on or in the vicinity of Licensor's poles. Licensee shall submit <br /> to Licensor evidence of Licensee's insurance coverage in such form and <br /> with such companies as is satisfactory to Licensor to protect the parties <br /> hereto from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, judgments, <br /> costs, expense and liabilities of every name and nature which may arise or <br /> result directly or indirectly from or by reason of such claims and demands <br /> for damages, including contractual liability coverage with respect to <br /> liahility a- ?i med by Licensee hereunder and including claims under any <br /> Work men's C o m persation laws.
