CONDUIT FA CILTTIE S <br /> relinquishment of any such terms or condition, but the same shall be and <br /> remain at all times in full force and effect. <br /> 21. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as affecting the rights or <br /> privileges previously conferred by Licersor, by contract or otherwise, to <br /> others, not parties to this Agreement, to use any such conduit system <br /> covered by this Agreement; and Licensor shall have the right to continue <br /> and extend such rights or privileges. The place m ent privileges herein <br /> granted shall at all times be subject to such existing contracts and <br /> arrangements, and renewal and extensions thereof. <br /> 22. Licensee shall not assign, transfer or sublet the privileges hereby granted <br /> without the prior written consent of Licensor, which will not be <br /> unreasonably withheld. <br /> 23. No use, however extended, of Licensor's conduit system under this <br /> Agreement, shall create or vest in Licensee any ownership or property <br /> rights in said conduit system, but Licensee's rights therein shall be and <br /> remain a mere license. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to <br /> compel Licensor to maintain any of said conduit system for a period longer <br /> than demanded by its own service requirements. <br /> 24. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and if not <br /> terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof shall continue in <br /> effect for a term of five (5) years. Either party may terminate this <br /> Agreement at the end of its term by giving to the other written notice at <br /> least six (6) months prior to the expiration of said term; but, in the absence <br /> of such notice, this Agreement shall continue in force upon the sa m e <br /> covenants, terms, and con itiors for a further term of (1) year, and so on <br /> fcr one (1) year periods, until terminated by either party at the end of any <br /> current term by giving to the other written notice at least six (6) months <br /> prior to the end of such term. Upon termination of the Agreement in <br /> accordance with any of its terms, Licensee shall immediately remove its <br /> facilities from all sections of the conduit system of the Licensor. If not so <br /> removed, Licensor shall have the right to remove them at the cost and <br /> expense of Licensee and without any obligation to Licensee to account for <br /> any equipment so removed.
