CONDUIT FACILITIES <br /> presence, use, rearrangements, removal or withdrawal of the placements of <br /> Licensees equipment in Licersor's conduit system or by the proximity of <br /> the respective facilities of the parties hereto or by an act of Licensee, its <br /> contractors, agents and employees in the vicinity of Licersor's conduit <br /> system. Licensee shall submit to Licensor evidence of Licensee's irsurance <br /> coverage in such form and with such companie, as is satisfactory to <br /> Licensor to protect the parties hereto from and agairst any and all claims, <br /> demands, actions, judgments, costs, expense and liabilities of every name <br /> and nature which may arise or result directly or indirectly from or by <br /> reason of such claims and demands for damages, including contractual <br /> 7iahility coverage with respect to liability assumed by Licensee hereunder <br /> and including claims under any Workmen's Compensation laws. The <br /> amounts of such inurance against liability due to damage or destruction of <br /> property shall be not less than $1,000,000 as to any one claim or damage <br /> and $1,000,000 as to any one occurrence and against liability due to injury <br /> to or death of persons shall be not less than $1,000,000 as to any one person <br /> and $1,000,000 as to any one occurrence. All insurance here required shall <br /> be furnished by Licersee at its own expense and shall remain in force for <br /> the entire life of this Agreement, and all such insurance here required shall <br /> provide that such insurance will not be canceled or changed except after <br /> thirty (30) days written notice to Licersor. Unless it requests otherwise in <br /> writing, Licensor shall be named as additional insured in each of said <br /> policies other than Workmen's C o m pe rs ation policies. <br /> 14. In addition, Licensee shall inde m nify, protect, save harmless and irsure <br /> Licersor and any Joint User: <br /> a. from and agairst any and all claims and demands for damages to <br /> property and for injury to or death to persons which may arise out of <br /> or be caused by excessive electrical voltages and currents being <br /> conducted over Licensee's equipment, whether resulting from <br /> lightning, electric power line current or otherwise and regardless of <br /> whether such electrical voltages and currents were also conducted <br /> along and through Licersor's facilities and; <br />
