The staff and architects reviewed the space in question and determined that adding the
additional space outside of the approximate 1250 square feet into the feasibility study would be more
beneficial and cost effective for this project. Therefore this change is to increase the existing contract
from a "Not—to-Exceed" $25,000.00 to a "Not-to-Exceed" $33,000.00. This is an increase of 21,750
square feet of space to be included within the feasibility study for hardening of the 911 Call Center.
This contract amendment for an additional $8,000.00 is to cover a feasibility study of the existing
23,000 square foot facility to be used to meet the hardening requirements.
Budget:
This contract amendment is to increase the contract amount by $8,000.00
The Project Budget does have the available funding to cover the increase for this change request.
Total Project Budget $380,000.00
Professional Services: $40,500
Total Professional Services Cost: $32,450.00 (Before Change Amendment)
Change Amendment Cost: $8,000.00
Total Professional Services Cost: $40,450.00 (Including Change Amendment)
Construction Services: $339,500.00
Total Construction Costs to date: $117,102.00
Remaining Project Funds: $222,398.00
P.O.
