Termination by the Owner shall comply with all other items herein. This Agreement, unless <br /> previously terminated by written notice, shall be terminated by the final payment for the finished work. <br /> If Agreement is terminated, Client agrees to pay the Architect for all Services rendered and <br /> Reimbursable Expenses incurred up to the date of termination. Upon not less than seven days'written <br /> notice, the Architect may suspend the performance of its services if Client fails to pay the Architect in <br /> full for services rendered or expenses incurred. Architect shall have no liability because of such <br /> suspension of service or termination due to nonpayment. <br /> Additional Services <br /> Should the Owner request any major changes in the scope of the work after the completion of previously <br /> approved phases, this work shall be performed as an additional service.
