In all emergency situations, the Jail Administrator and/or Sheriff should be <br />contacted immediately to advise them of the situation. <br />D. Should an inmate be transported and a determination is made that the inmate <br />should remain hospitalized, the Orange County Deputy escorting the inmate to the <br />hospital will be required to contact the Jail Administrator and/or Sheriff and advise them <br />of the situation. The Deputy will provide for the supervision of the inmate until such a <br />time that the Jail Administrator and/or Sheriff sends another off-duty jail detention officer <br />or Deputy to relieve this person. <br />E.
