Expense Description Amount Salary for Director of Education&Communications $11,250 Program Services Outline the critical services(activities)the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below,by June 30,2018. • Local Civil Rights History workshops: K-12 educational workshop offerings that highlight the critical and transformative role of local youth in the struggle to integrate public spaces and attain racial justice • Oral History workshops: K-12 educational workshop offerings for students to learn from, interact with, and interview our local heroes who were active during the Civil Rights Movement and/or impacted by school desegregation • Adventures in Local History neighborhood tours: guided and informational tours that provide students of all ages the opportunity to explore Historical Northside • Telling Your Story & Making It Stick audio immersion program: weekly audio sessions for high school students to collaboratively develop audiodocumentaries related to social justice issues • Northside Memory Project & Neighborhood Soundwalk: oral history initiatives produced with long-time residents that expose students and outside community members to stories, struggles, and aspirations of the Northside neighborhood Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
