4 <br />Memorandum <br />To: Monica Lvans, Clerics Office <br />From: Gayle Wilson, Solid Waste Director <br />Subject: SWAB Appointment -Bonnie Norwood <br />Date: May 9, 2006 <br />This memo is in response to your inquiry regarding Bomrie Norwood's attendance record and <br />desire to remain on the Board. We have spoken to Bonnie this week regarding her interest in <br />continuing as one of the two County representatives and she has indicated that she is willing and <br />eager to remain on the SWAB. <br />A review of her attendance reveals 4 absences out of 11 total meetings over the past year. Until <br />some recent medical issues, she was one of our most reliable attendees. <br />As key staff support person for the SWAB I recommend she be considered for reappointment to <br />the Solid Waste Advisory Board.
