Abstract: NC Highway 57 Speedway Area Small Area Plan <br />Attachment Three (3) -Proposed Process and Schedule of events: <br />Key Dates: Proposed Activity: Product: <br />July through Completion of Rough Draft of Plan: Obtain feedback an the <br />August 2006 issues/concerns <br /> Staff will complete a rough draft of the Small surrounding the <br /> Area Plan, which shall include language for the development of a rural <br /> proposed new Zoning Ordinance and Land Use economic development <br /> Element amendments for review by the Peer district within the Study <br /> Review Team to include the following: Area from various <br /> i, Comprehensive Planning, planning partners, <br /> ii.
