Homestead Road C"ampus Master Plan Approval <br />The Board will consider approval of a conceptual master plan for the Southern Human Services Center <br />(SHSC}property and provide direction to staff on next steps. <br />S. Consideration of a Resolution on District Elections for the Board of County Commnissioners for a <br />November 2006 Referendum <br />The Board will consider approval of a Resolution on district elections for the Board of County <br />Commissioners for a November 2006 referendum based on Board consideration of district elections since <br />January 2005 and provide any eornrnents, questions, and any further direction to staff. <br />b. New Hope Park at Black~~~ood Farm - Prelimwiary Concept Plan <br />The Board will review and approve a Preliminary Concept Plan for the upcoming New Hope Park at <br />Blackwood Farm master planning process. <br />c. The Orchard - Prelinwiary Plan <br />The Board twill consider the Preliminary Plan for the Orchard Subdivision. <br />d. Authorization to Release One-Time Supplemental Funding to OPC/LNIE to Facilitate Divestiture <br />of Oi~ange Cowit_y Outpatient Services <br />The Board will consider authorizing the release of a one-time County supplemental appropriation in the <br />amount of $131,797 to OPC/LME to facilitate the divestiture (transfer) of the Northside Adult and Child <br />Outpatient Clinics in Chapel hill and the Family Counseling Center in Hillsborough services to the Caring <br />Family Networks (CFN). The formal transfer of operational management took place on June 1, 2006. <br />
