Orange C"ounty Jail A~Iedical Plan and Hillsborough Medical Contract <br />The Board will consider adopting the Orange County Jail IVledical Plan and approve the medical health care <br />contract with Hillsborough Medical Group for inmate medical services at the jail facility for fiscal year July <br />1, 2005 thru June 30, 2006 <br />e. Hyconeechee Regional Library Contract Renewal <br />The Board will consider renewing the contract between the Hyconeechee Regional Library System and the <br />counties of Caswell, Orange, and Person and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />f. Contract Renewal with Town of Chapel Hill for County Provision of Animal Control and <br />Emergency Animal Rescue Services (EARS} <br />The Board will consider approving a contract renewal to provide the Town of Chapel Hill with animal <br />control and emergency animal rescue services during FY 2006-2007 and authorize the Chair to sign pending <br />final review by staff and the County Attorney. <br />g. Contract Renewal with Town of Carrboro for Cowity Provision of Emergency Aiwnal Rescue <br />Sei•~~ices (EARS} <br />The Board will consider approving a contract renewal with the Town of Cairboro to provide the Town with <br />emergency animal rescue services during FY 2006-2007 and authorize the Chair to sign pending final review <br />by staff and the County Attorney. <br />h. Contract Approval with Dr. James 11~tiller, DVM, DBA North Churton Sta•eet Animal Hospital, for <br />Spay/Neuter Sei•~-ices with the Anvnal Shelter Division of the Animal Services Department <br />The Board «~•ill consider a contract with Dr. James Miller, DVM, to provide spay/neuter surgery services for <br />Orange County's Animal Shelter at the unit price of $60.00 per surgery during FY 2006-2007 and authorize <br />the Chair to sign pending final review by staff and the County Attorney. <br />i. Contract Renewal with Dr. Nlarat Dubrovsky, DVNI, DBA Nicks Road Veterinary Clinic, for <br />The Board will consider approving a contract renewal with Dr. Marat Dubrovsky, DVM, to provide <br />spay/neuter surgery services for Orange County's Animal Shelter at the unit price of $60.40 per surgery <br />during FY 2006-2007 and authorize the Chair to sign pending final revie~~• by staff and the County Attorney. <br />j. Contract Approval with Summit Engineering for Topographic Survey for New Hope Park at <br />Blackwood Farm <br />The Board will consider awarding a contract for professional services associated with a topographic survey <br />of the property planned for the New Hope Park at Blackwood Farm to Summit Engineering of Hillsborough <br />and authorize ERCD to work with the Purchasing Director in executing the contract. <br />k. Contract `with Legacy Research Associates, Inc. for a Cultural and Archaeological Survey of the <br />Future New Hope Park at Blackwood Farm <br />The Board will consider awarding a contract to Legacy Research Associates, Inc. for a survey of cultural and <br />archaeological resources on the 152-acre property o~~med by Orange County for the future New Hope Park at <br />the former Herbert Blackwood Farm and authorize the Chair to sign subject to final review by staff and the <br />County Attorney. <br />1.
