~a <br />A. Short Term <br />1. The goal of the short term subcommittee was to identify primary functions of offices <br />at the Planning & Agriculture Building and the physical space needed to better <br />integrate their services to order to maximize customer service <br />2, Results of the short-term committee survey indicated the there is an immediate <br />need for additional parking, counter space, meeting space, and office space. <br />3. Since the placement of ag agencies at the Revere Road building, there has never <br />been sufficient space to allow for large farmer meetings, outdoor demonstration <br />plots, or agricultural workshops for new farmers. <br />4, Based on current and future space needs, ag agencies provided requests for <br />optimizing the services they provide to county farmers and other residents (Table <br />2). Note that the space needs below do not refer to the additional required outdoor <br />space for ag events, workshops, and demonstration plots. <br />Table 2.
