Therefore, it may be desirable to update regulations in the Buckhorn EDD <br />area and the Buckhorn CIN (recommended for a change in Land Use classification in <br />the draft Efland- Mebane Small Area Plan) prior to these public services being available. <br />Other recommendations such as design standards in the Efland Village area may be <br />more time - consuming. <br />
