FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funding to complete this work has already been appropriated by the <br />Board in the Homestead Community Center Repairs Capital Project Ordinance, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />1) authorize an agreement, contingent upon Attorney and staff review, with Corley Redfoot <br />Zack for the completion of the design of sewer lines to serve the Homestead Community <br />Center, with such agreement not to exceed $10,000; <br />2) pursuant to NCGS § 143, Article 3D, exempt this work from the selection process <br />prescribed for this type of professional services; and <br />3) authorize the County Manager to sign an agreement that reflects the content of the <br />attached proposal, <br />
