At City of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 20 BB o 88 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice 4.3 Industry Profile Industrial retention and expansion appears to be a top priority for the City of Cuyahoga Falls, The City has been providing infrastructure and tax incentive programs which have led to the creation of industry, particularly in the northeast quadrant of the city. Since the creation of an Enterprise Zone and Community Reinvestment Area just five years ago, the City of Cuyahoga Falls has realized new and transferred investment from new industrial construction. The construction of four new industrial parks in the last three years has resulted in nine manufacturing facilities locating here, Table 21 shows the percentage of employees for each major industry group during 2000. The largest percentage of employees are found in Education, Health and Social Services, Manufacturing, Retail Trade and Arts, Entertainment, Recreation, Accommodation and Food Services.
