At <br />City of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 20 <br />BB o 88 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice <br />4.3 Industry Profile <br />Industrial retention and expansion appears to be a top priority for the City of Cuyahoga <br />Falls, The City has been providing infrastructure and tax incentive programs which have <br />led to the creation of industry, particularly in the northeast quadrant of the city. Since the <br />creation of an Enterprise Zone and Community Reinvestment Area just five years ago, the <br />City of Cuyahoga Falls has realized new and transferred investment from new industrial <br />construction. The construction of four new industrial parks in the last three years has <br />resulted in nine manufacturing facilities locating here, <br />Table 21 shows the percentage of employees for each major industry group during 2000. <br />The largest percentage of employees are found in Education, Health and Social Services, <br />Manufacturing, Retail Trade and Arts, Entertainment, Recreation, Accommodation and <br />Food Services.
