Mapping of <br />pertinent data such as applications, denials, <br />originations, etc. b various demographics. <br />Review, discuss and map by locations and <br />specific demographic issue the location of <br />banks check cashing stores, awn shops. <br />Review, discuss and map pertinent insurance <br />data that is available. Map by location <br />insurance offices offering homeowners <br />insurance b specific demographic issues. <br />Where possible review and discuss rental <br />property locations, costs of units, availability <br />of units etc. <br />Review of local advertising for homes for sale <br />and for rent. Including local newspapers, <br />rental /sales books and other similar <br />documents. Determine the type of ads from <br />display to classified, content of ad as it <br />relates to fair housing advertising regulations <br />
