For each, briefly describe the coordinated/collaborative efforts. <br /> • OCHM collaborates frequently with Free Spirit Freedom, an OC cultural arts <br /> initiative promoting and supporting events and exhibits highlighting ethnic <br /> and social aspects of the culture and history of African-American, Native <br /> American and other traditionally marginalized communities. <br /> For example in February 2017 OCHM will install an exhibition, 'Horace <br /> Johnson and the History of Hillsborough', highlighting the political career of <br /> H:illsborough's first African-American mayor.
