Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 24 <br /> 25 DEFERRED: 11a -Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee—Appointments <br /> 26 <br /> 27 A motion was made by Commissioner Burroughs, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> 28 defer this item - Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee appointments to a later <br /> 29 meeting. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 ADDED: <br /> 34 A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to add <br /> 35 this item to the agenda: 8-j-proposed-Approval of Ownership of Transfer/Purchase of Cedar <br /> 36 Valley and Efland Properties <br /> 37 <br /> 38 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 39 <br /> 40 A motion was made by Commissioner Burroughs, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> 41 add an additional closed session item to the agenda: <br /> 42 <br /> 43 "To discuss matters related to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the <br /> 44 area served by the public body, including agreement on a tentative list of economic <br /> 45 development incentives that may be offered by the public body in negotiations," NCGS § 143- <br /> 46 318.11(a)(4). <br /> 47 <br />
