They will also explore options to post- <br /> secondary education and careers where advanced degrees/certifications are necessary. <br /> • Job Development Services: Individual services work with the individual to evaluate skills, <br /> interests, preferences, and support needs of the job seeker, and then assist the person in finding <br /> employment that matches. <br /> • Senior activity services: Provides guidance and education to assist individuals with disabilities in <br /> participating in chosen activities in their communities. This includes both individual and group <br /> activities that assist individuals in connecting with our community partners. <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
