All training is geared to the individual's abilities and <br /> designed to meet specific vocational goals. OE Enterprises, Inc. has been a fixture in <br /> the North Carolina business community for over 40 years with its roots in the Orange <br /> County area and providing community employment services for 25+ years. OE <br /> Enterprises, Inc. (OE) was incorporated on November 19, 1981 as Orange Industries, a <br /> public non-profit agency that was formerly part of OPC Mental Health Center serving <br /> individuals with disabilities in the Orange County area. In October, 2003 Orange <br /> Enterprises established a federal set-aside custodial operation in Winston-Salem and <br /> has since established similar sites across North Carolina and in South Carolina. In <br /> 2005 Orange Enterprises expanded services to Alamance and Caswell counties, <br /> changing the organization's name to OE Enterprises. OE expanded services to Durham <br /> County in 2009 and Rockingham County in 2010. <br /> Through our mission, OE meets the employment needs of Orange County citizens with <br /> disabilities as well as the Orange County employment community. OE's Transition <br /> program provides job experiences to students, allowing them to make informed choices <br /> upon graduation and explore employment or post-secondary education options.
