Asset Management Services <br /> PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Orange County Southern Campus <br /> Exempt Subdivision Plat <br /> Chapel Hill,NC <br /> SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research,field measurements, <br /> computations, drafting and co-ordination with Client/Owner/Town of Chapel Hill Planning <br /> Department required to perform a survey and prepare mapping of a 33+ acre parcel that <br /> creates three new parcels, each over 10 acres with road frontage. Prepare plat application, <br /> submit and obtain approval as exempt plat for recordation and record plat. Set new lot <br /> corners as required. The survey shall conform in all respects with 21 NCAC 56(NC <br /> Standards of Practice) and G.S. 47-30(Plat mapping for recordation standards). <br /> Fixed Fee: $5,700.00 including plat review/recording fees <br /> Special Provisions- 1) We are prepared to begin work within 2 weeks <br /> from date of executed Orange County Contract <br /> under $15,000 form. <br /> 2) The new lots shall be configured in such a way as to be as <br /> conducive as possible for future development and based on <br /> information currently available. <br /> 3) Fee assumes no major modifications from sketch submitted <br /> 8/18/2017 to Orange County representative. <br /> The Terms and Conditions following this form are a part of this Agreement.
