Consent for New Indebtedness for OE Enterprises, Inc. <br />The Board will consider a request by OE Enterprises for new indebtedness for building improvements and <br />communicate same to First National Bank. <br />b. Authorization to Release Current Bridge Fundvig to OPCILl~IE to Facilitate Divestiture of Club <br />Nova, and Consider Support for an Additional Allotment in the 11'Ianager's Recommended FY 06- <br />U7 Budget <br />The Board will consider authorizing the release of a County appropriation in the amount of $44,846 to <br />OPC/LIME to facilitate the divestiture (transfer) of OPC Club Nova Community, Inc, and to consider support <br />for an additional allocation in the FY 2406-0'7 budget process. <br />c. <br />The Board will consider approving various certifications related to student membership projections of the <br />Orange county Schools (OCS) and Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS), as outlined in the draft <br />Annual Report of the S APFO Technical Advisory Committee and the incorporated forms. <br />d.
