Pass-Through Agreement for the Allocation, Disbursement and Accounting of Section <br /> 5310 (Elderly and Individuals with Disabilities) Funds <br /> The Board approved the Pass-Through Agreement submitted by the City of Durham for the <br /> Federal Transit Administration funding that Orange County has been awarded to support the <br /> Department on Aging's Mobility Management project for the Allocation, Disbursement and <br /> Accounting of the Section 5310 Funds and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreement. <br /> d. 401 Valley Forge Road Property Lease Modification — Builders FirstSource <br /> The Board: 1) approved a Lease Modification to Builders FirstSource that provides a 10 year <br /> lease extension with two 5 year renewal options for County owned property located at 401 <br /> Valley Forge Road, Hillsborough; and 2) authorized the Chair to execute the Resolution for <br /> Lease and the Lease Modification upon final review of the County Attorney. <br /> Chair Dorosin asked if the scheduled closed session is time sensitive, or can it be <br /> deferred to another time. <br /> Bonnie Hammersley suggested having a closed session after the September 28th <br /> meeting with the schools. She said this session if about the Southern Branch Library, and <br /> Carrboro is talking about this item this evening, and postponing the closed session to next <br /> week is sufficient. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to postpone the closed session. <br /> Bonnie Hammersley said the Sheriff also has an item to add to the closed session next <br /> week. <br /> 9.
